Screen printing (mechanically identified as serigraphy) is a traditional custom decoration methodology where viscous fluid emulsions are transferred onto a target textile substrate through a highly tensioned, synthetic woven mesh stencil frame using a flexible polyurethane squeegee blade.
Because this industrial production sequence requires physical color separation processes and dedicated pre-press emulsion exposing cycles, each distinct pigment color channel requires an individual film positive and calibrated printing stencil screen. This physical setup makes it the ideal system for scaling volume production runs seamlessly.
