T Shirt Size Guide Australia

Sizing can change between brands and styles, so the best way to get the right fit is to open the size chart for the exact garment you’re ordering. Our website provides size charts (in centimetres) inside the product designer for each style.

This page shows general sizing references and explains how to find the correct size chart for any shirt style on desktop or mobile

Quick Tip Before You Choose a Size

For the most accurate fit:

  1. Grab a t-shirt you already own that fits well
  2. Lay it flat on a table
  3. Measure chest width (armpit to armpit) and length (top to bottom)
  4. Match your measurements to the size chart in cm for the product you’re ordering

This avoids guessing between Small/Medium/Large labels, which can vary by brand. Brands have their sizes in numerical or alpha sizes. We have tried to make this as easy as possible to compare sizing between brands.

How to Find the Size Chart on Our Website

On Laptop / Desktop

  1. Click the product you want to order
  2. In the designer, look for More Product Info (near the Change Product area and above colour choices)
  3. Open More Product Info
  4. Click size chart to view measurements in centimetres

On Mobile

  1. Tap the product you want to order
  2. You’ll see the shirt preview on screen
  3. Tap the Product tab (shirt icon) on the top-left area
  4. Tap More Product Info
  5. On the next screen, tap Click here for size chart to open the garment chart in cm

Once you’ve confirmed sizing, return to the product page and place your order.

Mens T Shirt Size Chart (General Guide)

Use the chart inside each product listing for the most accurate size, but as a rough guide: mens tees are typically measured by chest width and body length in cm. Always check the garment chart for the exact style you choose.

Womens Shirt Size Chart Australia (General Guide)

Women’s styles vary the most because the cut can change (regular tees, fitted tees, crop tees, tanks). Some styles are labelled S/M/L while charts still use cm measurements - so it’s best to open the chart for the exact garment.

We also link size charts from popular brands for reference (for example, Gildan and AS Colour).

When you are looking for female Tee shirts to buy to print your photos on quite often its hard to know what size to buy. Some brands have sizes in Small, Medium or Large, etc written on the shirts while others have the shirts in cm (centimetres). This can be quite frustrating at times.

Hence I have taken time to pen down these notes and have the three charts for womens, mens and children tshirts uploaded here.

How To Find The Sizing Chart For All Styles Through Our Website!

 

  • Click the image of the shirt you want to order.
  • On Laptops: After you added your TEXT or Image look in the Designer for "More Product Info". It is below the TAB that says "Change Product". Its just above the selection of shirt colours located to the left side bar on a laptop.
  • On Mobile: Now .... if you are on a mobile the TABS are different. After you click the image you will be taken to the next screen with the outline of the Shirt in the middle of the screen. To the top LEFT look for the Tab that says "Product". It has an icon with a shirt on it. Click that. Next the page will load with a option to "Change Product", "More Product Info" or pick your shirt colors. I want you to click on More Product Info. On the next page that loads look for "Click here for size chart. This should open up the size chart for the garment you are looking to buy. It should be in centimetres to reference sizes.

 

Once you happy with the sizing head over to the page you want to buy from and place your order.

Bear in mind that urgent orders must be placed through the SAME DAY DISPATCH page. These are for orders anywhere from one day to 2 weeks (we consider this time frame as urgent).

All other shirt orders will take 14 business days or roughly 3 weeks to print.

Kids & Youth T-Shirt Size Guide

Kids sizing is best chosen by age range + shirt measurements, but always confirm with the cm size chart for the garment.

Helpful tips for kids orders:

  • If your child is between sizes, consider sizing up (especially for events/school shirts)
  • For group orders, collect sizes early to avoid last-minute mix-ups
  • If you want to supply your own garments, you can do BYO shirts (printing time may differ)

All orders must have print-ready artwork, and changes can’t be made once the order is placed.

FAQs – Gym & Fitness Sportswear Printing

How long do gym and fitness sportswear orders take?
Most orders from this page take around 2 weeks because the garments are ordered in first, then printed or decorated.

Should I request a quote for orders over 10 shirts?
Yes. For more than 10 shirts, it’s best to request a bulk quote so pricing can be matched to your quantity, print setup and garment availability.

What printing methods are available for activewear?
Printing/decoration methods depend on the garment. Options shown on the page include DTF printing, with embroidery and screen printing available on selected items.

Can you quote brands not listed on the activewear page?
Yes. If the brand or style you want isn’t shown, email the details and we can quote if available. Including examples or links helps speed up quoting.

What should I include when requesting a quote?
Include the brand and style, quantity, deadline, your city, print placement and size in cm, and snapshots of previous shirts or examples of what you need.

Is this page only for gyms and fitness businesses?
No. These garments also suit sales teams and trades people, especially polos and breathable work styles. If you need a specific brand not shown, request a quote.

Do you ship activewear orders Australia-wide?
Yes. Australia-wide shipping is available, with standard and express options depending on your location.
