  • Choose an in-stock shirt: Select from the limited range of pre-stocked products the company has on hand to ensure the fastest turnaround. You will see that list on this page.
  • Make sure you have clicked a shirt that has Same day in brackets. It should look like this: Staple Tee (Same Day) or like this on the website Maple Tee (Same Day) .
  • Upload your design: Once in the online designer upload your own artwork. Size and position the image or logo in the right location. Select the colour of shirt you need, the size and the number of shirts for that particular colour. If you have multiple sizes click on "Add another size. Once happy with order click on the BUY button to top right of the page (desktop version) and proceed to checkout.  
  •  Order before the deadline: Place your order before the specified cut-off time of 11am Monday to Friday, for same day printing - to have it ready for same-day pickup or dispatch.
  • Choose pickup or shipping: You can either pick up your order at the store on the same day or choose express shipping for delivery.

An example is if we have to print AS Colour Navy T-shirts and have less numbers on hand we will suggest swapping to the HeavyCotton Tee instead to meet the order deadline.
  5. Digital printing: Same-day rush orders are often limited to digital printing methods. For riush printing at our factories we can only offer DTG printing.
