How Rush / Same Day Works

  1. Choose a product marked “(Same Day)” from the listings below
  2. Upload your print-ready artwork and place the order
  3. Orders placed by 11am (Mon–Fri) are scheduled for same-day printing
  4. Pickup is available the same day (or choose delivery for same-day dispatch)

Important: Large orders can take longer depending on volume. If you’re ordering 50+ shirts, it’s best to place the order early (or the day before) to avoid delays.

Urgent vs Standard Orders (Why Some Items Take 2 Weeks)

This page = urgent printing. If you need your order inside 2 weeks, order from the products listed here because these garments are stocked in-house.

Other products not listed on this page can take up to 2 weeks because the garments are not held in-house and must be ordered in first, then printed.

This is why we keep Rush / Same Day as a separate category - it’s the fastest path when timing matters.

Artwork Rules (Read Before Ordering)

Rush orders require print-ready artwork. To keep turnaround fast:

  • Make sure your artwork is final before checkout
  • Upload a high-quality file (clean edges, correct sizing)
  • No changes once the order is placed

No Cancellations After Ordering (Important)

Rush orders are scheduled immediately. Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled.

What is the cut-off time for same-day printing?
Orders must be placed by 11am (Brisbane time), Monday to Friday.

When are rush orders ready for pickup?
Orders placed by the cut-off are ready for collection at 4pm (Brisbane or Melbourne).

Is pickup available for everyone?
Pickup is available for Brisbane and Melbourne orders. Other locations are shipped.

Do you offer same-day dispatch for deliveries?
Yes. Rush orders can be dispatched the same day for delivery (choose delivery at checkout).

Do you have a minimum order quantity?
No minimum. You can order 1 shirt or bulk quantities.

Can you fix or edit my artwork after I order?
No. Rush orders require print-ready artwork and we can’t make changes once the order is placed. Check our Artwork Rules above before placing urgent orders.

Can I cancel my order after checkout?
No. Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled. (check our cancellation page above)
