How to Order Multiple Shirts in Different Sizes AND Different Colours

This visual and text guide has been setup for people such as event managers, business people or families who want to order a mix of t shirts of difefrent colors, sizes and even have different photos printed on some of them.

Colours: Black, White, Grey
Print: Photo on the front

If you want to order multiple shirts that use:

The same style (Staple Tee)
The same print (front photo)
But different sizes (S, M, L)
And different colours (Black, White, Grey)

…then you must create each colour group as its own design inside the online designer.

This guide shows you exactly how to do it.

⭐ Before You Begin - The Important Rule

Each colour must be created as a separate design session because the product colour changes the print preview.

So for this example, you will:

Create Black Staple Tee → Add sizes + photo → Add to cart
Create White Staple Tee → Add sizes + photo → Add to cart
Create Grey Staple Tee → Add sizes + photo → Add to cart

Then complete checkout.

Choose Colour: Black
Choose Size: Small
Enter Quantity = 2 (for the two black small shirts)

Inside the designer:

Click Upload Image
Choose your photo
Place it on the front of the shirt
Adjust the size and centre it
Confirm the preview looks correct

⭐ STEP 4 - How to Check Quantities Inside the Designer

In the designer panel:

check if you have:
- Small – 2 shirts
Ensure colour = Black is still selected
Double-check the preview

You will see the live pricing update automatically.

⭐ STEP 6 — Start a New Design for the Next Colour

For White and Grey shirts, you must start a brand-new design. Here’s how:

Click the Buy Button (top right of the website).
In the pop-up window → click Start New Design (bottom left).
On the left panel, click Change Product (top left corner).
Choose AS Colour Staple Tee again.
Select Colour: White.

Now you’re ready to build the second colour group.

How to add bulk orders for T shirts online

⭐ STEP 7 - Add White Shirts (Medium)

Select Size: Medium
Enter Quantity = 2
Click Add Design to Customise

Inside the designer:

Upload the same photo
Place it on the front
Add your sizes:
- Medium – 2 shirts
Confirm colour = White
Check preview
Click Add to Cart

Now your cart includes:

2 Small Black
2 Medium White

⭐ STEP 8 — Start Another New Design for Grey Shirts

Click Buy Button (top right)
Click Start New Design
Click Change Product (top left of pane)
Select AS Colour Staple Tee
Choose Colour: Grey

⭐ STEP 9 — Add Grey Shirts (Large)

Select Size: Large
Quantity = 1
Click again Add Design to Customise

Inside the designer:

Upload the same photo
Place it on the front
Add your size:
- Large – 1 shirt
Confirm colour = Grey
Click Add to Cart

⭐ STEP 10 — Review Your Cart

Your shopping cart should now show:

✔ 2 × SMALL — Black Staple Tee

✔ 2 × MEDIUM — White Staple Tee

✔ 1 × LARGE — Grey Staple Tee

All with the same front photo print.
