How to Order Sublimation Shirts (Step-by-Step)

Sublimation orders are typically produced in bulk and require more production time than DTG/DTF. This guide explains the full ordering workflow.

✅ Step 1: Confirm Sublimation Is the Right Method

Sublimation works best for:
✅ polyester shirts
✅ full-colour artwork
✅ sportswear
✅ large prints / front + back printing

Minimum order:
✅ 12 units
Turnaround:
✅ 6–7 weeks

If you need faster turnaround:
👉 DTF is the best alternative.

✅ Step 2: Choose Your Shirt Type

We can supply sublimation-ready garments or recommend the best polyester options depending on your project.

✅ Step 3: Confirm Print Positions

Choose:
✅ one side
✅ two sides (front + back + sleeves)

Most sublimation jobs are:
✅ two sides with full shirt prints

✅ Step 4: Submit Artwork

Preferred:
✅ vector files (AI / EPS / SVG / PDF)

Accepted:
✅ PNG or JPG (300 DPI)

Include:
✅ print size in cm
✅ placement location

✅ Step 5: Request a Quote

Email us the details:

  1. Quantity + size breakdown
  2. Shirt type (polyester)
  3. Print positions
  4. Print size (cm)
  5. Artwork file
  6. Deadline
  7. Pickup or shipping

✅ Step 6: Approve Mockups

We confirm:
✅ design layout
✅ sizing and placement
✅ any production requirements

✅ Step 7: Pay Invoice

Production begins once:
✅ invoice is paid
✅ mockups are approved

✅ Step 8: Production (6-7 Weeks)

We manage production scheduling and printing.

✅ Step 9: Pickup or Shipping

✅ pickup available (where applicable)
✅ shipping Australia-wide
✅ express shipping may be requested once completed
