Request an Embroidery Quote (Polos, Jackets, Hoodies, Caps & Uniforms)

Embroidery is a premium and long-lasting way to brand your clothing. Every embroidery quote is custom because embroidery pricing depends on:

✅ logo size (cm)
✅ logo complexity
✅ garment type
✅ number of embroidery positions
✅ digitising/setup needs

This quote request form helps us quote quickly and accurately.

Once we receive your details, we’ll respond with:

  1. A clear embroidery quote
  2. Garment recommendations (if needed)
  3. Mockups showing logo size and placement
  4. An invoice once approved
  5. Production scheduling after payment

✅ What We Need From You (Quote Checklist)

Please email us or submit the details below:

1) Quantity + Size Breakdown

  • 5 × Small
  • 10 × Medium
  • 3 × Large

2) Garment Type (Supplied or BYO?)

✅ Supplied garments:
We source polos/jackets/hoodies for you.

✅ BYO garments:
You provide garments for embroidery only.

⚠️ Note: BYO garments are supplied at client risk.

3) Embroidery Placement

Choose one or more:

  • Left chest (most common)
  • Right chest
  • Left Sleeve
  • Right sleeve
  • Back neck
  • Large back (higher stitch count)

4) Logo Size (in cm)

Most popular:
✅ 10cm × 10cm chest logo

If unsure, estimate and we’ll confirm via mockups.

5) Deadline

Tell us when you need the garments by. Turnaround time is approximately 2 weeks from the time you approve and pay.

6) Pickup or Shipping

  • Pickup in Brisbane
  • Australia-wide shipping available
  • Express shipping available for tight deadlines

7) Artwork File (Embroidery Vector Preferred)

Preferred formats:

  • EMB / DST (vector)

PNG/JPG accepted as a starting point. Charges will apply to convert to embroidery file formats.

8) Optional Reference Images

If you have:

  • Photos of a past embroidered shirt
  • Inspiration examples
  • Preferred logo placement — attach them to speed up quoting.

Here is the full flow:

Step 1 - Quote issued

We review your logo and estimate stitch count.

Step 2 - Mockups created

We show logo size and placement options.

Step 3 - Approval

You approve quote and mockups.

Step 4 - Invoice

We send your invoice for payment.

Step 5 - Production

Production begins once payment is received.

Step 6 - Pickup / shipping

You are notified when ready, or tracking is provided for courier delivery.
