Get a discount when ordering more than 2 shirts?

Where you order a shirt you will see a price shown to the Top right of the editor. This price is what you pay for the shirt and print on one side.

• You can either print front or back.
• Now this is important to know. that when you add a design to the other side the price will increase roughly about 25%. So if the shirt is around $27.95 expect to pay around $35 to print.
• Now some shirts you can print on the sleeves as well. Each extra area (left sleeve or right sleeve) attracts 25% extra cost per side. 

 

About Embroidery! Remember when chosing embroidery on shirts will be more expensive as we have to get the embroidery file ready as well as one or two shirts do take longer. If you plan to get embroidey done its best to reach out to us to help you organise these embroidery orders. We can manually help you get a better price as well as reduce the wait time from 3 to 4 weeks down to 2 weeks to get embroidery garments and caps ready.

Lastly when ordering more than 3 shirts you can expect to get a discount if you do the order online by yourself. Lets look at this in depth now...

As soon as you start to increase the quantity of the shirts you will see the unit price start to drop and you will see the discounted price as well as the saving.
Here is an example below shwing you how a Same Day Gildan shirt printed one side will reduce as you go from 1 shirts order to a 50 shirts order.

How to know I am ordering Same Day T-shirts for printing?
When you order the Same Day Dispatch of Shirts make sure you click on the link that says Same Day Dispatch.

• When you land on the page you will see Same Day Dispatch after each brand name title of the t-shirt in Brackets.
• By following this simple check list you can safely know you are picking shirts that are guaranteed to be printed the same day you order. Remember Same Day or rush orders are only printed on business days. These are Monday to Friday.
• As long as the order is placed before 11 am of the day you want the t-shirts printed, it will be ready by 4pm the same day. You can opt for shipping if you can pickup.

Can I get my order expressed shipped to me?

Yes we can get the shirt expressed shipped to you. There are 2 shipping options available.

1. Normal Shipping: Takes 2 to 5 days. This depends on the courier service. At the time we added this to the page it was through AUST POST.
2. Express Shipping: This is slightly more expensive compared to normal shipping. However you can expect to get shirts in 1 to 3 days. This again will depend on the courier how they operate and is not in our control. You will get a tracking number so you can keep track on how your parcel is moving to your shipping address with the courier. If you have issues do call us and we will do our best to assist you to track the parcel as well.

Please pick the shipping option on check out that says Express Shipping.

 

Can you help me add my graphics to the shirt as I find it difficult?

Yes I can help you add your own graphics.

This is a great addon we give our customers where we help with getting images righta nd setting the entire order up for you so there are no glithes. This is extremely beneficial service especially when you only have your mobile phone to do the editing, and placing the orders. Do call us for assistance with designimng your shirts and placing orders.

 

If I go Normal Printing how soon can I get my printed shirts?
If you choose normal printing it will be done within 14 days. You can expect to have the shirts or caps ready by then. If you opted for shipping please add another 3 to 4 days for shipping.

Remember embroidery items take a minimum of 3 weeks to get done. If you need caps, bags, Polos or shirts embroidered faster than 3 weeks we can do rush jobs in 2 weeks. However you will need to send a request by filling in the contact form on this page for that extra service.

 

If I get Same Day Printing can I pick it up if I live in Brisbane?
    
Yes you can pick up your shirts from our warehouse in Teneriffe near New Farm, Brisbane. Alternately you can also pickup from our home-Office at Stafford Heights. Please call us on 0422442029 to organise your shirts to be held at the Stafford Heights address.

For Melbourne Clients!

If you are living in or around Melbourne you can pickup from our Fitzroy address. The pickup details will be on your receipt when you place the order.

Is the printing Direct to Garment or DTG printing?

Yes we do DTG digital printing as well as screen printing of T-shirts and jerseys.

We also provide an extra service where we can do small orders for Bring your own or print your own shirts. This service is only available to Brisbane clients as you will need to drop off the garments to 12 Mumbil Street, Stafford Heights. There is no minimum for BYO garments, caps, jerseys, jumpers, sweatshirts, work vests, etc. Decoration will be either heat transfer or embroidery.

 

 

Are your shirts 100% cotton?

Yes most of our T shirts are 100% cotton. You can expect AS COLOUR and GILDAN to be 100% cotton. You can read about the garment info on the website. If in doubt call us to know know before placing orders online.

Some of the BIZ Collection shirts are ployester.

Do you offer Free shipping?

YNo we do not offer free shipping. However shipping is very reasonable starting from $10 for one shirt and goes up in small increments with each shirt you order.

If I order T-shirts can you ship the Tees to my friend instead of my address?

Yes we can ship t-shirts to friends and family in Australia as well as overseas. We shipping to all capital and regional cities within Australia.

Can I call a real person if I need to for support?

Yes you can call support anytime.The number is listed on this page to the top left of this page. Claude is always there to answer questions, help with image setup and even offers a very affordable graphic design service if you do not have images ready for printing.
