Request a Sublimation Quote (Bulk Polyester Shirts & Sportswear)

Sublimation printing is ideal for full-colour printing on polyester garments, especially sportswear and activewear.

Because sublimation pricing depends on garment type, print coverage, and production scheduling, we quote every sublimation job individually.

✅ Standard turnaround: 6-7 weeks

✅ What We Need to Quote Your Job (Checklist)

Please email us:

1) Quantity + Size Breakdown

Example:

  • 10 × Small
  • 12 × Medium
  • 8 × Large

2) Garment Type

Sublimation works best on:
✅ polyester shirts
✅ polyester polos
✅ polyester long sleeves polos
✅ sports jerseys
✅ performance wear

3) Print Positions

Choose:
✅ one side
✅ two sides (front + back)
✅ All over garment (front + back + sleeves + collar)

4) Print Size in CM

Include dimensions such as:

  • 10cm × 10cm (chest)
  • 30cm × 30cm (back)
  • Full shirt print coverage

5) Artwork File

Preferred:
✅ AI / EPS / SVG / PDF (vector)

Accepted:
✅ PNG or JPG (300 DPI)

6) Deadline

Tell us when the shirts are needed by.

7) Pickup or Shipping

Tell us whether you:
✅ want pickup - pickup only available for Brisbane. Other cities will be shipped
✅ want shipping
✅ want express after production (if required)

✅ What Happens Next (Our Response Workflow)

Once your request is submitted:

  1. We review your artwork and confirm the garment type.
  2. We estimate the print setup requirements.
  3. We send you a quote.
  4. We send mockups for approval.
  5. We issue an invoice.
  6. Production begins after payment is received.
  7. You receive a pickup notification or shipping tracking details.
